2. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. InfraLight Vitality does not store your payment details.

3. Order Confirmation

Your payment will be processed 1-3 business days after your order is placed.  Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. 4. Failed or Declined Payments

5. Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by their country.

6. Currency Conversion

All orders are charged in USD. If your bank account uses a different currency, the final amount may vary slightly due to exchange rates and fees set by your bank or payment provider.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to request additional identification or verification before processing certain orders. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be canceled at our discretion.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

For information on eligibility for refunds, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. 
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@infralightvitality.com or call 14-326-4601.  If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped, you will need to follow our return process to request a refund.
